What do you like best?
I like how everything is so convenient. You have everything that you need in one place. You can send and receive emails with office 365 and make any word documents. If your whole team has office 365, then you can use SharePoint and share important documents. You can also make sign-up sheets or surveys on Microsoft forms. There are endless possibilities with Office 365. Especially during this time for Covid, I feel that Microsoft has been working really hard to have everything you need in one place.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there are outages with Microsoft, and for example, Outlook can go down for a few hours, but Microsoft has been good at fixing the issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those who are admins, if your coworker needs help with their emails, you can use the exchange under admin and trace and find emails. You can see if the email was considered spam. All the tools that admins are given are great to utilize to help the company move more efficiently and productively.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Everyone is connected in the office with Office 365. We use everything on Office 365 to stay connected with each other and those outside of the office, like clients. The benefits we have seen are the ease of using Microsoft, the convenience that everything is in front of you, and endless possibilities to create anything from a document, presentation, and work meetings.
