What do you like best?

It has a large community of users and for this type of application is has one of the better support teams to call and resolve issues.

It also has a very good framework and we discovered it is easy to develop using it.

The apps are also easy to learn and well documented.

What do you dislike?

In Multi-Company, we discovered there are many errors.

Also, the ability to develop reports could be much improved. I wish it has something like Crystal Reports

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Well you should test it out. It has easy functionality and the product is open source, so it is very easy to add new functionality. The security portion of this software is great as well.

We found the support is very good as well. Quite responsive and informative.

The design was also very well thought out.

One should really watch the demo before considering.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problems: We found we could not operate Odoo without a third party software .

Benefits are is the design is extremely well thought out and designed. We found once we did get third party integration going, it was pretty much seamless.

The security is also excellent.
