What do you like best?
Easy way of supporting multiple email providers without having to build a specific integration for each one
What do you dislike?
- Worst support I've experienced in years. They make you debug their own API and you have to hand them in a report to try to make the case for them to fix their issues
- Can be down hours at a time without any communication
- No concept of support outside of PST hours - not even when their API is down
- Ignore core bugs that render entire parts of their api useless for months
- Obscure pricing
- All in all I'm not happy with the decision of adding Nylas to our stack. Now we are stuck with them and they make it rather hard to switch out (e.g. not exposing real message ids, only Nylas message ids)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Supporting multiple types of inboxes (Office365, Gmail, Outlook) without having to build a custom integration for each.
