Wonderful application to use by a newbie
What do you like best?
The application has a very nice interface which can be used by anyone. It is very simple, very easy to use, very quick to use. I have used to record my health parameters such as Blood Pressure, Diabetes, sugar etc. The app synchronizes the data and always displays real time data.
What do you dislike?
The first and foremost thing which I dislike is it is still in development stage and is not advanced. You cannot use it for advanced purposes. Some of the features can be irritating and hard to use.

In today's age where the pollution is increasing, people have an urge to keep themselves fit and healthy. This application is easy to use and helps you keep yourself fit. This app helps you keep a track of all your diet and food habits. I will surely recommend this app to all my near and dear ones.

The Nudge app helps me in keeping myself fit and control my diet. It helps me in balancing my diet and keeps me aware of my daily intake. With this app even I was able to decrease my weight. It also helps me track those habits and food which matter the most.
