What do you like best?

I like that the user profiles are very easy to manage and quick to set up. It is also quite easy to share templates or "auto texts" among users and user groups. We rarely have any hang ups or issues with functionality- it actually has less issues than our LIS.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it does not interface well with our LIS system. We have had to find some work around for it, but now works with hardly any issues at all.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is much quicker and more efficient than previous dragon versions, it is highly liked by our practitioners. It is also very user-friendly compared to older versions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are increasing efficiency by using auto text and commands. It can also help us standardize our protocols. Much less time is spent dictating, and more time getting work accomplished. Older versions of Dragon are cumbersome with way too many options and settings. DMO has a very streamlined and neat interface, and only has what you need without all of the extras.
