Advanced user of eScription OneI helped implement this in a doctors office using Nuance Dragon microphones and it was very successful. The microphones pick up language and transcribe it well, it can be trained and learns from what others do very easily.
It sometimes has issues with accents and people who do not speak clearly or enunciate enough. Sometimes you have to spend a lot of time training the software for your voice.
