Advanced user of Novi SurveyIt is an inexpensive survey tool that can be customized in many ways. It doesn't need to be installed on your computer and is always updated.
It sometimes takes a while to master the art of learning it. Also, the online manual is not very helpful.
It's a great cost-cutting tool so saving on all the extra money I'd pay for a premium service. The customization feature has helped gain valuable insights.
