What do you like best?
It really unifies all the tools we may need to manage all our work in a single management platform, centralizes all the work and brings together the elements to form a perfect operations system.
It is quick access, I can use it from my mobile or from my computer. It is an excellent CRM manager that offers fabulous tools to do our work better every day, automating our work appointments through a calendar, contact management, as well as the visualization of communication history and email in conjuntion with various social networks to be able to check them even while inside Nimble.
It's possible to create the customer database, automatically manage potential customers and perform excellent email marketing, with this we streamline our sales and add a plus to all our work.
What do you dislike?
I would like to see a more comfortable and adjusted interface to streamline various functions, among one of these is to be able to see the priority contacts faster without having to open the entire database to find a new one quickly. Having the most recent or most important information would be great, in this way it would be a more intuitive tool for our work and we would save much more time.

We finally found a tool with which we managed to cover all our work from a single tool, without having to jump from a customer contact base, from each social network, from another CRM tool. We avoid having a million pages open to just a couple with Nimble. We entrust our data to the tool, we make sure to check and maintain greater control over each task to be completed, we save time by having everything a single system and even save money by not having to invest in platforms that only provide me with one or two functions of so many that only Nimble provides.
