It's just a NICE automation software
What do you like best?
It is not one of the best RPA software out there but some of it's feature are really good. I like the the ease to deploy unattended bots and the analytical features. The Real Time designer is good using it is as straightforward as writing a set of business rules that point to existing data sources, with no need to actually perform integration with these sources.
What do you dislike?
They provide a lots of feature they advertise but some doesn't work that great. Their optical character recognition is not that great and we have faced issues previously. Their UI is not that great and has a long learning curve apart from the software which has a very big learning curve. Although it is marketed for no code developers, it is really not for them. It requires a certain skillset to achieve a good automation in NICE software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are some great alternatives to NICE please consider them before jumping to conclusion. There are some obvious benefits of NICE but I think there are some features lacking compared to market leaders.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Most of the clients use legacy system by automating it we are trying to save cost, errors made and time.
-> Most of the task which are simple repetitive can be automated by bringing in Nice which solves the issue.
-> If the implementation is good then you are able to realize a good amount of profit from the investment.
