Advanced user of ngDeskWhat I like most about ngDesk is that its installation and configuration are very easy to carry out, so it is not necessary to have a specialized team. The features regarding the portal is excellent, it has a simplistic and modern user interface, which adapts perfectly to any device. I like that each category is organized by section, which can also be modified according to your need. I also like your reporting tool where you can study open, pending or closed tickets.
I don't have important negative comments about ngDesk, maybe if it were possible to customize the knowledge base and be able to order the articles in a different way.
