What do you like best?

Nextiva services are robust, with countless capabilities available for me to use. That is great, but their thorough and attentive customer service & support representatives is undeniably the most attractive component of doing business with them. Absolutely any issues I've had navigating their services have been explained by knowledgeable and capable reps who truly care about me as a consumer, while making the process of understanding the wide array of elements included with my account so much easier; by walking me through absolutely everything my pace. Their phone reps are stellar, but even when I don't feel like being on the phone anymore that day, they accomplish the same level of service through their chat platform.

What do you dislike?

Navigating their services is like discovering a wealth of capabilities, so much that it does take some time to learn how to fully utilize every aspect of their platform. It's totally doable, but set aside time for it... Definitely not a tap and go system.

Decide exactly how much and what type of services you require, and dedicate time to exploring their tools and resources.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm a startup that needed a business line, I got multiple local numbers, and 800 number and a fax account which I didn't realize I needed until it was activated. I can take calls in my office, but also on any other device totally streamlined. If my phone were to die while away from the office,(or whatever other catastrophe life brings) I have the capability to use any random phone to communicate with my customers STILL routed from my business line with my business call ID.
