bad service, bad support, bad experience

What do you like best?

Their web builder is easy to use. You can build a site relatively fast

What do you dislike?

Their support can't redirect calls properly. Often times you just get to another queue and have to wait 15+ mins.

Their agents seem to only care about closing the tickets. I am not providing examples because I am afraid this review will be taken down, but I have several cases on which the agents deliberately missed the main point, responded to something else and closed the ticket.
