Exceptional Services and Support That Keep Getting Better and Better

What do you like best?

Their services and support. They are consistently improving and upgrading their service offerings to adapt to the ever-changing IT landscape, while continuing to support all existing legacy services used by their clients. Each new service is more robust and capable than the last, continually meeting or exceeding their competitors. In my book, they even blow the Magento 2 Commerce Cloud hosting out of the water. This brings me to platform support. In addition to the services themselves, Alpha Hosting also understands numerous software platforms (e.g. Magento, Wordpress) and are able to install and optimize their services for each platform. They also fully understand every piece of their service offerings, such as Cloudflare, and are able to help the client in every way while educating them in the process. In addition to their services, their support is extraordinary -- arguably the best support I receive from any vendor of any type -- and consistently getting better and better. Each time I reach out to them, they are more responsive, more efficient, and more effective than the last. They have a small team which means I deal with the same people repeatedly, which builds a strong personalized relationship while maintaining the utmost professionalism. I believe they are US based, which makes many things easier, and there is no "tier 1" support level. In other words, I never have to waste time going through a useless support agent. Each support ticket goes straight to the relevant expert, who gets the job done ASAP. Furthermore, they are very open with sharing tips, tricks and insight so I am always learning and improving my own skills. Honestly, I couldn't ask for more from a hosting company.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to be able to reach them on the phone for support matters. This used to be an option, but has since been discontinued. I think it makes sense, and might be the double-edge of having a small team. However, they more than make up for it with their quick response. Aside from that, I can't say I dislike anything. They're a well kept secret who I'd highly recommend.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Primarily, enterprise E-commerce website hosting. The benefits are superior hosting infrastructure and superior support.
