What do you like best?
User-friendly, great customer service, create your own reports or use theirs, we saved $40,000 a year moving to Netchex from ADP. All online, access from anywhere, No time clocks needed. We reduced paperwork by 50%.
What do you dislike?
Like all programs, there is an occasional glitch with employees signing in, but it is always resolved quickly with no lingering issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't find a better web-based software at this price with all the bells and whistles. Cheaper competitors do not have the technology and abilities that Netchex has. More expensive ones are not worth it when you can get the same thing with Netchex. I would take them over ADP, Paylocity and Paycom, any day! I have used several competitors and Netchex is the best by far in every category.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Much easier to navigate than old ADP software (saves time). Much more cost-effective than competitors (saves money). Web-based, easier access (reduce paperwork/save time). Phased out old-time clocks, employees use smartphones and computers to clock in/out.
