What do you like best?

As compared to JMeter , We found it more easy to record the performance scripts and play back.

This tool has a very simple user interface that lets us record and execute the script locally first before we can try it executing in NeoLoad Web portal.

We can also validate the user flow recorded by running the script against single virtual user this helps to avoid error while running it for more number of virtual users. Correlation feature helps us handle the dynamic changing values during runtime.

Also, Neoload web portal lets you collect variety of matrix and graph.

What do you dislike?

As this is not an open source tool , cost is a bit high but compared to the enterprise level features that it offers it is understandable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are currently exploring this tool to satisfy the non-functional test requirements of our application from performance perspectives. We initially wanted to try JMeter as it was open source but looking at the enterprise level features available in NeoLoad , Team decided to perform a proof of concept on NeoLoad.
