The best guided selling tool I used so far. Very easy to set-up conversations, edit and track them.
What do you like best?
The admin portal allows you to put together the conversations in a very user friendly way. You can upload your on pictures, videos, icons... and you can select different types of layouts for each question and answer type. You can choose between selecting a pre-made "playbook" (this is how they call conversations) or create yours from the scratch.
What do you dislike?
It would be awesome to be able to integrate and manage the product data feed directly from the admin portal. I think this is something they are planning to launch for the future. This would be a game changer!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Many of our customers have problems in their online shop with mobile users. Although most of them have responsive shops, finding a product through the filter search field with a smartphone is a very bad UX. The conversion rate for mobile users is much worse than in desktop.
