What do you like best?
1. How easy it is to schedule
2. The ability to have Naytev schedule in certain content windows and timeframes
3. Content tags to easily pull reports
4. Staff is really fast and helpful when you need them and keeps you up to date on any changes
5. The A/B testing helps you get your ads and content to the best audience with the best copy and image. Have had a lot of success with this function

What do you dislike?
1. While the stats they do give are helpful I really with they had stats for overall big picture as well. Right now it mostly post data
2. Would love to have Instagram publishing someday!
3. Had a few glitches in the beginning where scheduled posts didn't post, but that has seemed to clear up and be fixed.
4. Not the biggest issue because it doesn't happen that often, but when there is an update to Naytev if you are working on a post it doesn't save your work and also forces to update before you finish.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We've been working on ways to better pull reports for grants and projects. We've only been using Naytev last year, but having content tags has helped to generate reports for these projects.
