What do you like best?

I like how many options I can add for different categories. They can be specialized to different clients needs. You can also have a list of easy access searches saved for convenience. It can be linked to other interfaces that you are using it such as a website.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the look of the program, it looks like it's from 1990 and hasn't been given a face lift. If a millennial went to use the system they would be off put by its appearance. I wish we could customize the wording for different tabs as well so it is more personalized to our company and the business we do. The system will also close out some of the searches randomly but I think every program has this problem.

We are able to search for clients quick and easy. All of their information is accessible to us on different levels. We are able to connect it to our website as well so updates are easy that we only have to update on side!
