Passportal Review.

What do you like best?

Passportal is a convenient tool that helps me manage the large number of passwords that I use daily. I do like that I can connect it to take control and have it auto fill passwords for my servers. This makes it easy to manage multiple servers for different clients without having to worry about opening an excel sheet. I am happy that I am able to store them in one place and have them encrypted.

What do you dislike?

It is hard to trouble shoot passportal issues. For example, we have a server that will not take the passportal autofill password. We updated the agent and verified it is up to date.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One of the best features is the ability to publish articles that provide customers with how to guides to help resolve their issues on their own. This helps cut down on staff being tied up on the phones with the customer and enables them to handle a higher volume of calls. This also reduces the wait time for the customer and helps them resolve simple issues much faster.
