What do you like best?

I like that I am easily able to make appointments and reschedule them without calling the office and waiting on hold.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that sometimes it's difficult to find messages that are sent if I'm not checking myChart regularly - I feel sometimes I get notifications and sometimes I do not.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I strongly recommend using this. It's an easy format to communicate with patients and have their basic needs met - billing, appointments, some questions.
