What do you like best?

MW Therapy has helped our outpatient physical therapy clinic get reorganized, manage billing, and helped us introduce text reminders for patients. Before we used MW Therapy, our old scheduling system was very confusing and not user friendly. The log in platform is very easy to use and to reach from different locations. I love being able to check tomorrows schedule from home while losing in remotely from my laptop.

What do you dislike?

It is easy to press just 1 button when scheduling and delete a patients information. I wish there was an easy to use undo button. Because there is so much information on a page, it is easy to make mistakes at times. I wish it were easier to make administrative changes. Im not sure if it is just our settings, but only one of our coworkers can make administrative changes such as changing passwords.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely consider using MWTherapy, it has only helped our office so far. Also their technical support is easy to reach and clear in helping you solve technical problems as they arise.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Organizing billing, visit count, color coordinating different insurance types have all been benefits to our office using MW therapy. Overall it has helped us organize the entire work flow of our office. It is easy to teach to new employees
