What do you like best?

Not much.

It tracks mileage (but not accurately)

The app is easy to use.

It has stopped us from using excel spreadsheets, but considering moving back to them.

What do you dislike?

We use them for FAVR reimbursement through our parent company. We were forced to start using them.

My sales team hates it. and my field team is tired of it tracking inaccurately.

While the reporting promised quite a bit, most of the functionality we THOUGHT we were getting was from exporting excel reports and then having one of my sales ops members make the data useful.

Took over 9 weeks to get us up and running... way too long for a "mileage tracker", even with FAVR.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They were our only real option when we started using them, but since then there are a few other good mileage trackers.

Do your homework as the are the MOST expensive option out there.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking mileage

Reducing costs (not really since it costs hundreds of dollars a year per person)

Field Intelligence (this is the exporting we have to do)

We do NOT use their expense management ability beyond mileage.
