Advanced user of Mortgage ServicerThere is some slight customization available and most all of the data can be pulled into spreadsheets.
The system only allows the user to store one document at a time. If I need to upload 3 different documents to the same account it's not possible.
I suggest that new users take a number of training classes available to fully familiarize themselves with the system. Our previous Admin took reporting classes as well so that we could utilize Crystal reports to pull data from FICS.
We are able to easily track borrower payments, process T&I payments, and cut checks directly from the system.
