Mooncamp - an easy and quickly implemented solution for SMBs which want to start with OKRs
What do you like best?
I like that the user interface is completely intuitive, and as we are using it for the whole company, each level can grasp it. At the same time it has elements from Asana and notion - but with a clear focus on the topic of OKR.
Due to its easiness it is a real timesaver during the setup and lowers the barrier for other employees to get started. In addition it does not get mixed up with our project management tool - as mooncamp is clearly for setting and achieving goals. For the management it is an amazing way to see on a quaterly basis in which direction the company is running - this is even more important at the current stage when operational topics are given to other members of the company.
What do you dislike?
I would not say dislike, but I hope that in the future, connections to e.g., Slack or similar tools, are going to be established. As we like the connection between Slack and our CRM, and it pushes the whole team, this would also be great to share achievements. Let`s see what is going to come next - we are looking forward to the upcoming features and hope to be enabled for our further scale.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We solve the issue of differentiating between tasks and goals, and these also on the different levels of the employees. Until we started using Mooncamp we tried to collect this information in excel, but it was not really transparent, nor did it have this engaging UX towards the employees thus, it becomes the go-to place to track progress.
Mooncamp, as already said, lowers the barrier for all levels to start using and working with OKRs and gives especially a fast-growing company the structure which is needed to be able to grow.
