This has gotten better with age
What do you like best?
I like that the app is both MacOS and iOS compatible, and I can use both to track time, expenses and invoice for both products and services.
What do you dislike?
Each update brings changes to the user interface that sometimes aren't a logical progression from the older one. In a few cases, it's been an improvement. But I get no notices, or messages from the developer about these upcoming changes, and I'm expected to fend for myself to learn my way around a new look and feel.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I work as a computer support/repair tech and sell both services and products. Moon Invoice has what I need to track all of these activities. I also contract for periodic maintenance and support under retainer with clients, and it is legitimately hard to find a time tracking/billing app that allows me to easily track when I pre-bill for service and deduct from that balance. Moon invoice has it. So despite the glitches I run into occasionally with the app, it's the best I've been able to find for both iPhone and Mac.
