What do you like best?

I've been working with Harrison quite a lot to get my questions answered. He provided a workflow, and I've been plugging away at improving our site for accessibility. He has been GREAT! and is a very valuable resource. I also appreciate the webinar presentations and try to attend or at least review the material after the fact. Thank you!

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike. This is a great interface that provides clear goals for compliance. If there's room for improvement, it's in expanding my understanding of accessibility and accessibility technologies. Fortunately, Monsido also provides great presentations to address just that.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Accessibility is important for our web users, so it's important for our content and dev teams. When our site is in compliance, our users are more likely to convert. And that's important for the business unit. Not to mention that an inclusive society profits us all in ways that are not defined materially. I believe in this work and I appreciate the resource Monsido has created.
