What do you like best?
With remote working becoming the norm its all but natural that remote hiring steps in. And Monjin is an awesome platform for remote hiring. It provides excellent tools for interviewing candidates with interactive sessions, screen sharing and detailed feedbacks. It takes the ease of face 2 face interviews online.
What do you dislike?
The scheduling and booking modules could do better. Options for detailed scheduling including matching schedules with interviewer skills would make the platform all the more productive.
