What do you like best?

I love that if you are having issues, support is almost always available and replies quickly. There is a very thorough user guide and accompanying videos as well. This product has helped us streamline our marketing communications. We have been able to automate a number of messages allowing our team to save time.

What do you dislike?

It can be a bit of a learning curve if you are new to Salesforce. There are a lot of little details you have to make sure you don't miss.

If you are wanting to streamline your texting effort Mogli is definitely the tool for you. It also allows for one to one communications on each record, making breezing historical conversations a breeze. There are many ways to use merge fields and automate general text messages. The best part is definitely the Support team. They are available frequently for any issues you may run into. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get through that the system is a breeze.

We are able to track and automate a number of text messages. We can see all historical conversation data within a contact. Everything is in one spot which is great for auditing.
