Scaling local offices with ease

What do you like best?

The biggest challenge our clients face is getting their "clicks" to "conversations."

Local service businesses aren't optimizing for "add to cart" to tell systems what to do -- so being able to drive everything to a conversation, build rapport, especially for the doctors we serve helps tremendously. Adding FAQ's, Pre-Qual Quizzes, CTAs inside the chat gives us a ton of momentum too, saving the front desks a ton of time in the sales process for care!

What do you dislike?

I've used almost every tool on the market. There isn't a "dislike" with this, just wishing we had more integrations with other agency tools -- but I'm confident they're coming! Many of our clients already text or call through other systems, so once we collect the cell number, we move to tools that integrate with their office. An open API would be great! Our engineering team can do the rest! But that's the medical market specifically.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're taking a tremendous load off of the front desks in our medical client's office. By utilizing chat, they're able to troubleshoot quickly when they're training, without relying on the expertise of the doctor running the practice. Additionally, we're able to duplicate these systems across multiple offices -- because we document what's happening, unlike traditional phone calls!
