What do you like best?

I can run it on most any interface i.e. it isn't a GUI so over SSH etc. It works well and on a number of platforms. Being able to save the configuration is a plus.

What do you dislike?

The supported options through the keyboard are somewhat non-intuitive. While it is capable and does the job, its not for the faint of heart. If you are not comfortable using the command line then you may want to look elsewhere.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need to access devices/systems that do not have a GUI then this could very well be the tool of choice. Like terra-term for the PC, it is good for accessing various devices. In Linux communicating with the on-board LTE modem it comes in handy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Connecting via serial to target devices that do not support video. When ssh isn't working, the console port is sometimes the only way to get in.
