Mimiran Helps Me Grow My Business

What do you like best?

It is simpler than most of the other CRM's I have used (including HubSpot, PipeDrive, Highrise, etc.) and has all of the essentials to help me grow my business.

I use the contact tagging and reminders to contact.

I used the integrated call mode.

I use the online proposals and proposal templates with video.

I quickly imported my contacts.

I really like knowing that a contact has read my proposal!

I like getting the proposal accepted and tracked all in one place, where I have a simple dashboard of results.

I also really like that Mimiran helps me track referrals.

All in all, Mimiran helps me to do the most important sales activities while presenting that in a simple usable interface.

What do you dislike?

I found it a little confusing what to do with the lead magnet initially.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

1. Use the contact tagging to help remember to keep in touch with people

2. Use the deal record creator to get a handle on your referral patterns

3. Use proposal templates to quickly produce awesome proposals and see your clients interacting with them

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Mimiran to track and close deals.

It starts with contacts. I uploaded my contacts, and tagged them based on what type of contact they are. Then I set up call mode and how often I want to talk to each type of contact. This helps me stay in touch with my contacts and know when potential deals come up.

Then I use proposal templates. So when I have a new deal for one of our services, I can quickly and efficiently share it with a contact. Once I've done that, I can see that they are reviewing it and communicate accordingly. Some customers want a video demo of our training so I include that directly in the proposal itself with Mimiran!
