What do you like best?

We like that it is super easy to use, in the company we use it frequently, it is simple to make, to capture concerns and questions that the sales department has customers is ideal and it is just as easy for users to answer the form through a web browser or their smart phones and this is wonderful because we have more participation in addition to the possibility of sending the form data is advantageous but often depending on the use we use the built-in analysis function to evaluate the response received.

What do you dislike?

It is a product that provides many options, is easy and malleable, there is only one thing to add in this regard is that if you want to add the option of collaborators to the survey, you will only have the option when subscribing to Office 365 Company, but it is worth acquiring because it is valuable and represents a great benefit to the company.
