Advanced user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer VoiceMicrosoft has revamped Microsoft Forms really well and now the features are even better than before. The Option to connect database links along with the Forms is great and the interconnect to Oracle and SQL DB is also a great add on. Data can be transmitted in the backend and the relevant databased can be updated instantaneously instead of the sender doing it manually. I really like the fact that now, MS. Forms can be integrated with MS. Outlook as well
I can not seem to find any reason to dislike Microsoft Forms
Remote server access is great while working on the forms and each form can be used by multiple team members, hence the overall templates can be edited and added on for the next requirement. Using forms we are able to gather feedback and also do massive analysis on what our end users really want.
