very easy to use and open tickets
What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to open a ticket. At another shop, I used HPSM, and it was slow and took a lot more information to open a ticket
What do you dislike?
nothing really. it gets the job done! I wish that it did not default to picture copy/paste when pasting data into the description box, but otherwise its great!

enterprise wide application and facilities support tickets. With the latest upgrade, it had become even more useful! The interface seems more clean
