Advanced user of Micro Focus GroupWiseI like the options for proxy access that are available. This feature makes it easy to access a group mailbox or another user's account while they are out. The layout and interface are easy to use.
GroupWise seems to be behind and does not offer as many solutions as other email platforms. I would like to see a better shared calendar platform and better integration with other products. We use a cloud ERP system that is able to integrate with various email platforms, however, GroupWise is not compatible. I would like to see an option to integrate the two together.
I find it helpful to sort mail into different mailboxes by category and the search feature is very helpful when looking for past communications.
