What do you like best?

With multiple campuses, buildings, and floors, the ability to quickly import maps and associate them to departments and users from HR and Facility data made the experience an overall success.

What do you dislike?

Need to have company data ready to associate with map locations. Level of internal planning necessary.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Work with your Facilities team to gather map information based on requirements. Have Organizational data that you will want to related to accessible.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mapping user information to location data was time consuming. Benefits of quickly knowing where to send facilities or desktop support was overwhelming. Also allowed to quickly identify network related issues by seeing users in a similar location with the same issue.
