A good CRM platform but lacks good email designer

It has all the requirements that a basic CRM software would need. The cohorts is very helpful tool
What do you dislike?
very primitive email designer to communicate with customers. Also they are improving with feedback from customers to better their service offerings.
Also Campaign tracking is little weak as your values do not usually match up with GA
