Best fintech around / streamlined our business / can't be happier!!
What do you like best?
I came upon mesh six months ago looking for a simple way to generate virtual cards to help manage a new vendor that I did not feel 100% comfortable with. They were on the third page of Google and I was not sure if they would be able to assist with such a simple request. I was not quite clear as to what exactly they even did haha. Very quickly, one of their executives, Keren. Jumped on a demo call with me and explained their platform. If ANY business owner had any idea what this platform will do for your business, you would be blown away and super confused into why not everyone is talking about them! Once I saw their vision and what mesh could do, we quickly scaled all of our expenses onto their platform and streamlined our accounting, accountability, reporting, and risk management within a week and just a few hours of my time. Their support team is absolutely the best and responds to phone calls (without going through an annoying IVR) and emails within minutes. I've even made quite a bit of suggestions into the platform and things they could improve and within a couple of weeks, the changes + a bunch more have been applied. The entire model and platform continue to improve and I'm just amazed. In addition, the greatest part is that we get paid for all of this with their cashback program. We are literally getting paid to improve our business, the way it should be! If you're a business owner - PERIOD. In any industry, you will find an applicable use for mesh. Super impressed!!!!!
What do you dislike?
The back-end is getting very busy and has a lot of information that is not applicable to our use case. I'm all for more information but, I'd LOVE the option to filter out and save dashboards based on our needs and how we use the platform. If we can configure or customize the back-end depending on our use case it would be amazing.
