What do you like best?

Mergerware is a unique M&A solution that seeks to take deal pipeline management to the next level. It is one of the driving forces that is taking the document and process heavy M&A domain to the modern digital / automated world. The value it provides to client is unparalleled with a promise to bring machine learning and AI to deals. What I like about it most is its capability to operate across any part of the deal cycle from deal identification to post deal integration and value creation. I also am particularly fond of the ease of use of the platform itself not to mention the welcoming customer service option if needed.

I am also very impressed by the quasi agile development the organisation has adopted bringing to market functionality as and when it is ready.

What do you dislike?

There is not very much to dislike but that i'd to see more off it around. The team could perhaps be a bit more bold in adopting machine learning and AI faster but that is down to funding, which should start to take shape soon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Simplification of prospecting, and managing the deal cycle
