What do you like best?

Mentionlytics' customer service has been top notch throughout the entire process, from initial interest to becoming a customer. The platform also provides a robust amount of data about who is mentioning us and on what channels, but we find most of the data very useful. Other tools -- and we've looked at many of them -- sometimes provide many not-so-useful bells and whistles which of course also come at a premium. Mentionlytics' pricing is very reasonable compared to other tools and they were willing to be a bit flexible with my organization since it is a nonprofit.

What do you dislike?

We have not found anything yet that we've disliked. However we have only been using the platform for a few months.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Primarily we needed a tool to track campaign hashtags. We use Hootsuite for social listening but did not find that it worked well for tracking hashtags in a measurable way. We also previously used Hashtracking, but it provides a very limited service for a higher price than Mentionlytics full platform. Not only is Mentionlytics helping us track hashtags, it's also helping us track our brand mentions across online news outlets, social media, and more.
