What do you like best?

I love the people we work with; they're a small company local to us that works hard to keep a personal connection with their users. The system isn't as flashy as others but has every option we need, and they are open to suggestions and ideas.

What do you dislike?

Most of my associates are less familiar with complicated programs, and they get overwhelmed with Membee. I myself have trouble with certain features and get confused about Reports and email automation. Thankfully, the team is there to help.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

While the user interface isn't as polished as other programs, the support and price way more than make up for that.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were managing our members in an excel sheet before, which always caused problems. This program was one we could afford as a non-profit, and it allows us so much more flexibility.
