What do you like best?

It is an easy documentation and scheduling system to learn to use. It can be altered to better work for your clinic with upgrades available and restructuring of the program to better meet your clinic's particular needs.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that it is web-based. If the power or internet goes out, you will lose anything you didn't save before the loss of service. The system does not automatically save things for you either. Slow internet speed means that pages can take a long time to load, as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider the effects of it being web-based.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is the documentation system we started using this summer. It has allowed us to document our treatment notes, evaluations, and progress/discharge summaries for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy at an outpatient clinic.
