Does the job but doesn't make it easy

What do you like best?

You can be sure if you are using it, and using it regularly, that your QMS is thorough and rigorous.

What do you dislike?

It is really not user friendly. It's onerous, the customizations aren't there. Getting everything set up is really not the easiest and then getting everyone to use a system which is so rigid, in comparison to most of our other systems is a big chore.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need to have a QMS system, as we operate within a regulatory environment. Matrix is within our price-range, which is the primary reason it was selected.
