What do you like best?

I use MathType constantly when I am making activities for my students. It is great for worksheets, guided notes, and other classroom activities and lessons. The most convenient feature is being able to copy and paste math equations and save them as images. I use this to put together review games, warm-up activities and quizzes in my classroom. It has all the symbols I need for my lessons. I love that you can also change the size and font color, which makes it easier for me to customize lessons and materials.

What do you dislike?

Most of the time Math Type fits all my needs, although I do wish that I could add a space easily. Sometimes I want multiple equations side by side but spaced out, or I want to add text right away. There are some features of it I still have not figured out how to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has made creating classroom materials much simpler and easier to understand for my students. Math expressions are clear, easy to read, and follow proper syntax.
