What do you like best?

As a former user of the software, I love the updates. It is far more user friendly and the level of data inclusion is outstanding. I like the ability to get specific demographic information for a set store location.

What do you dislike?

I have been using the software and am overall very pleased, no negatives to report

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Maptitude allows me to know my market by demographics. It is a key tool is determining emerging markets for products as well as identifying like markets to capitalize on success of a product. It also allows me to then graphically present the locations of the winning markets. I have used this software in an older version and came back to them for an upgrade to take my analytics business to the next level.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Specific market demographics to cross reference back to my sales analysis. Allows me to pinpoint like stores that would excel with a product based on demographic similarities.
