What do you like best?

What I like best about MapmyUser is that it provides users with real-time web analytics about the website. It can track current online users and activity. Users are also able to track the number of visitors who currently live on the website on the advanced statistics page.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike about MapmyUser is the difficulty I have uploading my leads into the home map. I have to upload my leads into the home map. If you are working on Numbers, you might experience problems when you export your file to a CSV file sometimes it works beautifully, and sometimes someone from the company has to help out.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use the trial version to make sure that this program will work for you. The customer service is fantastic! They are always there when you have questions and will help guide you on how to use it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Import data quickly without having to deal with file formats. Its easy to import data and view it right away. The benefit to quickly scan data onto a map and then schedule appointments visually, helps in many ways.
