What do you like best?

Manalto is an efficient cloud-based social media management software that enable enterprises to manage their presence across the social media platforms effectively. Other than its simplicity and ease of use it also provides us with other options like user management, scalable posting, real-time customer service, etc. It also has an commendable interface.

What do you dislike?

It is design to have a less work load and because of this It is only works great for only small businesses. It cannot be used in MNCs like us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We started using manalto in beginning. We used it to manage a social media accounts. Which one of the best features that we like is real-time customer service and management. It's other great features are like scalable posting and social listening. Being active on social media platforms in IT industry is important for growth and development and manalto helps us to do so very easily.
