Fantastic Value for iOS MDM
What do you like best?
The product has a well-thought layout and UI once you get the hang of where everything is. The feature set is quite compelling, as is the reporting. There's very little that's lacking for my company's needs.
What do you dislike?
If you're entirely new to setting up MDM, ManageEngine is solid. However, I wish it had more of a beginner's walk-through to understand all the steps involved (especially with Apple). Things like creating an Apple Business account take time to get verified with Apple and creating a corporate Apple ID. The help documents say you need these things, but it takes reading through multiple help documents.
There is a walk-through of sorts, but I wish that it had shown what it takes with starting from zero to having your first phone under management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read the help documentation extensively before starting, especially if you're beginning managing Apple devices for the first time.

We deployed shared phones with only wifi access for employees to use during shift work. ManageEngine helped lock them down and provide an easy way to deploy just the necessary apps and configurations.
