What do you like best?

For only 12 dollars I think that mailzak is a very good and complete software that I use to generate a better personalized marketing campaign, with the program the emails are a very successful opportunity to present new products and services of the company and with it each client can always give their opinion and have a better idea of the news, I have focused on pleasing each client and knowing their tastes and needs and with mailzak I can make everyone happy with the service, I like the program because I do not need install it and it has a very effective platform and systems with auto response and very good ability to do my job.

What do you dislike?

I would like to have templates that I can customize more to my liking and to be able to do my job more quickly, it is a modern program that helps me a lot, but it needs improvements and a more professional technical support, I have asked questions and it takes longer than normal to give me Answers, many times when one is busy it is necessary that the answers are quick because in many cases it is to make an adjustment and continue working and that causes wasted time and money.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My company uses mailzak and currently I have achieved incredible campaigns that have really adjusted to what I was looking for, it is a very easy to use program and with an affordable cost so I can recommend it mostly for small and medium companies since it has what it takes To start a good campaign system and increase customers and sales, I advise that you make a good integration and use the tools and templates correctly to have quick and more positive results

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Good system and secure platform, I like that the tools are quite comfortable and easy to use, its cost is low and I can use it on trips or in my office since it is not installed and has very good integration and deployment, it seems to me one of the more complete programs that have allowed my company to have more customers thanks to the campaigns that are more credible and that fit the needs of each client.
