What do you like best?

Mailstore allows retention of all email preventing an associate from removing critical information.

Mailstore also allows for space saving, and easy search features.

What do you dislike?

OWA restore is a bit clunky. (This is when an email has been removed from exchange and needs to be restored.)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use the trial first...do not have the trial move the messages until you decide to go with the program.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In house archiving provides security and back up for all email. We have seen our Exchange server run better without all the clutter of ages old emails and attachments.

The search interface is a snap to use, and many of our assoicates now use Mailstore search instead of OWA search features, even for recent mail.
